Ethics in the field of lactation is complicated and ever changing. This module takes a look at the history of bioethics as well as the current perspectives through a lactation lens. All seven bioethics are explored through several articles and videos focused on donor milk, labor medications, racial inequities in health care, and hands on/off lactation help. 6 Contact Hours for RNs, 6.0E CERPs for IBCLCs, 6 contact hours for CLCs. Module includes monograph, self-check questions, and evaluation.
